The periods of confinement have led us to be even more innovative within the Vulcain group. The first “Welcome to Vulcain live” was launched in 2020, with the digital integration of our new employees.
Nearly 50 new talents participate each month in this onboarding connected by videoconference, with a rich program: the group's activities, their role as ambassadors, our CSR approaches, their personal development, useful contacts... Above all, the opportunity to create a link between us and to create a great adventure together within the Vulcain group!
