Bioprocess Equipment Engineer

Consultys Benelux (Brussels) is looking for a Bioprocess Equipment Engineer with a least a first experience in the Biopharma sector.

• Within the technical services of the MPU PSMMC, project management of technical projects (from building, automation, facilities to technical process), budget <270000€ and of larger scope projects in collaboration with the engineering, as function as a MPU relay.
• Furthermore, TS Engineering ensure punctual support to operational maintenance for planified or urgent interventions (like sanitization), as Technical referent about sensitive subjects, and take the role of Shutdown coordinator if appropriate.
• Project engineer has to guaranty a high quality delivery while respecting tight schedule and managing strong communication with production, maintenance, quality and validation teams.
• Ensure basic design of technical projects within MPU.
• Collect user requirements
• Projects budgets first assessment.
• Prepare change with stakeholders and customers (Leadership team, Production Team, Operational maintenance team, QA Team, P&P – Product & Process – Team…).
• Work with suppliers in collaboration with procurement department.
• Ensure works coordination during installation phase.
• Ensure start up and qualification.
• Ensure operator training and hand over for maintenance or production team.

About you :

• You have a minimum of 5 years experience within a technical service (Maintenance or Engineering) preferably within the pharmaceutical sector. 
• You have a Master in engineer if possible, or equivalent experience 
• Deep knowledge of quality and regulatory pharmaceuticals requirements (CMP, cGMP...)
• Perfect knowledge of V-Cycle in the pharmaceutical industry (Validation)
• Knowledge of QA notions (& Quality escalation)
• Product impact Notion (SQIPP – Safety, Quality, Identity, Purety, Potency)
• Change Management System in use
• Deviation Management System in use
• CAPA Management System in use
• MS project
• Classical project flow
