Anxious to be an inclusive place of refuge for people with disabilities, the Management and the Vulcain Services trade union organizations have concluded an agreement in favor of the employment of people with disabilities.
Approved by the Labor Inspectorate for 3 years, this agreement will allow us to deploy and finance the actions necessary to improve our rate of direct employment of people recognized as disabled workers (RQTH) and their long-term maintenance in employment.
In this context, the company has made 3 strong commitments:
- Recruit at least 26 employees with disabilities in 3 years on a permanent contract/CDD/work-study program of more than 6 months
- Retain at least 90% of our RQTH employees in employment
- Train 100% of recruiters to the disability approach: recruiting, integrating, positioning with a client, maintaining employment
And welcomes a Project Manager to manage this agreement and, more generally, our Group's disability inclusion approach.
