Once again this year, the Vulcain group is participating, in partnership with the Elles Bougent association, in La Semaine de l'Industrie, a national event created to change the way the general public and young people look at the industry and its professions.
On this occasion, our agencies in Lyon and Pau open their doors to high school students for a “Live my life as an engineer”!
On the program:
- Presentation of inspiring stories of our godmothers They're moving in the energy and life sciences sectors: electrical engineering engineer, project manager in the pharmaceutical industry, range of jobs in a design office (designer specializing in 3D modeling and computer-aided design, business manager, project manager, etc.)
- Workshops of coaching by our HR experts to help you write your resume and pass your interviews
Through these events, two years after the signing of the Syntec Engineering Diversity Charter, our group reaffirms its conviction in terms of diversity and professional equality. These friendly meetings work to encourage careers in science to allow young women to project themselves into the world of engineering.
