Expediting meets this challenge by monitoring every phase of the manufacturing chain, from raw material orders and supplies, to final delivery. Expediting missions cover a wide field, ranging from the analysis of manufacturing requirements (markets, sub-orders, documents) to the assessment of industrial capacity among suppliers (human resources, machinery, machinery, storage, transport). The objective: to detect as soon as possible any discrepancy between customer planning and supplier planning, to propose solutions to optimize production and to alert on risks that may impact quality or deadlines. In addition, Vulcain expediting ensures smooth communication between all parties (contractors, project pilots, inspectors), whether in France (90% of missions) or internationally (10%). All of these actions aim to strengthen the reliability of industrial projects, in particular when they involve an ecosystem of multiple subcontractors and complex logistical challenges.
