To support our growth, we are recruiting on a permanent contract aPharmaceutical Site Supervisor (M/F)

🧩YOUR MISSIONS

Project interventions (CAPEX)

• Supervise construction, modification or extension projects of pharmaceutical facilities
• Coordinate contractors across all trades, including:
  • Industrial piping(process, utilities, HVAC)
  • EIA(electrical, instrumentation, automation)
  • Civil engineering(slabs, foundations, networks, masonry)
  • Steel frameworkand associated structures
• Monitor work progress, schedules and execution quality
• Ensure compliance withGMP, HSE standards and regulatory requirements
• Participate in site meetings and prepare minutes
• Contribute to acceptance, commissioning, qualification and defect resolution phases

Maintenance service interventions (OPEX)

• Supervise maintenance, revamping and continuous improvement works on facilities
• Plan and coordinate works in coordination with production
• Manage external contractors during technical shutdowns
• Supervisepiping,EIA,civil engineeringandsteel framework

Ensure compliance of interventions with quality, safety and regulatory requirements📍

• 🧠 YOUR PROFILE
• Education: Bachelor's to Master's degree (Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Process Engineering, Construction or equivalent)Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in site supervision in a

pharmaceutical, cosmetics or food industry environment🎯 YOUR
