Your mission
As part of iconic railway projects, you will work as a Studies Project Manager on major operations such as:
EOLE, Grand Paris Express, CDG Express, adaptation of new rolling stock, or modernization projects of existing infrastructures.
You will lead and coordinate complex multi-disciplinary studies, in close collaboration with all project stakeholders (Client, Project Management, Engineering Consultants), in a demanding technical environment with high quality, cost and schedule stakes.
Your role is central to the success of studies, from early phases through to tender documentation.
Your responsibilities
As a Railway Studies Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Planning, leading and coordinating EP, AVP, PRO and DCE studies
• Ensuring contractual and financial monitoring of studies (quality, budget, deadlines, amendments)
• Leading technical and coordination meetings with the Client, Project Management and engineering consultants
• Updating and managing the Railway Facilities Synthesis Plan
• Managing technical interfaces between different work packages and stakeholders
• Leading quality control of deliverables
• Preparing FMEP in case of study contract modifications
• Ensuring monitoring of Track, Catenary, Structures, Civil Engineering, Signaling, Telecom, Traction, and Energy studies
• Contributing to the preparation of quotes and financial proposals
Your profile
• Engineering degree or Master's level qualification
• Minimum 3 years' experience in railway environment, ideally as a studies project manager
• Experience on large-scale railway projects or similar
• Strong multi-disciplinary vision and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Good command of contractual, financial and technical challenges of study projects
• Rigor, leadership, organizational skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
• Ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
