As part of a project, we are recruiting on a permanent contract, aBioinformatics Engineer.  



🧩YOUR MISSIONS  

· Develop Python applications for bioinformatics data visualization and

sequence data aggregation and processing,

· Maintain and enhance existing applications,

· Adapt bioinformatics pipeline outputs (Snakemake) to make them compatible with visualization tools,

· Write technical documentation,

· Train users on developed tools.

📍LOCATION: Lyon Region 

🧠YOUR PROFILE   

· Engineering degree or university degree (Master's level),

· Good level of professional English required or desired depending on context.

  🎯 YOUR SKILLS AND TOOLS   

• Python (pandas, numpy, plotly, seaborn, FastAPI…)
• Web development: Django, Flask, Dash, Streamlit
• Experience in data visualization (dashboards)
• Use of AI tools for development (Copilot, Claude, etc.)
•  Experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment would be a plus.
