Vulcain Engineering Group is looking for a Recruitment Officer (M/F) for its Lyon office.

As part of the team, you will be involved in recruiting talent with engineering and/or technician profiles in the energy sector (nuclear, renewable energy).

Being a Recruitment Officer means holding a key position in our environment. You will be the direct link between candidates and the Business Managers with whom you will work in close collaboration.

Your main function:

Identify, attract, and recruit the best "Talent" across all EPCC trades (Engineering, procurement, construction & commissioning) in the energy sectors (nuclear, renewable energy).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and analyzing requirements submitted by Business Managers, establishing job descriptions in collaboration with Operations, understanding and embracing the expectations of your contacts,
• Deploying the candidate sourcing strategy: CV databases and social networks, promoting employee referrals, etc.,
• Writing, posting and managing our job offers,
• Conducting face-to-face candidate interviews (alone or in pairs)
• Candidate follow-up: creating candidate profiles, follow-ups, reference checks, etc.,
• Maintaining and strengthening a qualified candidate pool
• Ensuring the onboarding of new employees.

About you:

• You hold a degree in HR, psychology or business administration from a university program,
• You have initial experience in a similar position gained in a recruitment agency, IT services company or consulting firm,
• You demonstrate autonomy, rigor and are responsive,
• You are organized, driven, curious,
• You are also recognized for your writing skills, your communication abilities and demonstrate excellent teamwork capabilities.
• Your level of English allows you to interact in a professional environment both in writing and verbally.
