At the start of the year, Vulcain Services employees were invited to answer a questionnaire on their quality of life at work, in partnership with the independent organization Great Place To Work®!
An opportunity for everyone to express their feelings, to value the strengths of the company and to propose improvements in various aspects of working in the company:
- trust in relation to management,
- pride employees in relation to the work they do,
- friendliness and relationships between colleagues.
Around a common objective: Grow better and better together.
75% of the questions asked were answered positively on the part of the respondents, in a balanced manner between the various themes of the questionnaire.
The Group Management and the Human Resources teams are therefore now working on the actions to be put in place to continue to build together a company where it is good to work.
