A card game: this is the catalyst used by Lauriane and Laudine, Vulcain collaborators, also sponsors of the Elles Bougent association, to make ESTP students aware of the diversity of scientific professions and the challenges of professional equality between women and men in our sectors, during their dedicated day on April 11.
This game is that of Thousand Pas, to live a professional career for women. A derivative of the classic Mille Bornes, designed by the Bejoie company. The objective: to reach a thousand paces, despite a path full of pitfalls, but on which some facilitators are thankfully standing: good managerial practices, legal arrangements, team spirit, etc.
But this game is above all a pretext to free speech and share your professional and personal experience without taboos. And for these young people, an opportunity to ask all their questions, to express their doubts and their beliefs to young women, engineers, committed and fully integrated into the professional world. To thus jointly remove the gender stereotypes that are still too persistent in our societies and build a benevolent and non-sexist world.
