At the initiative of one of its employees and thanks to the support of the Group's Patronage Committee, Vulcain has just signed a partnership agreement with the association WIN (Women In Nuclear) France *!

This agreement involves two major actions by the Group:

• On the one hand, the support of the membership of employees working in the nuclear sector and wishing to contribute to the development of diversity and diversity in these professions;
• On the other hand, financial support to the WIN Centre-Val de Loire branch (less by the collaborator responsible for this initiative) for the organization of events such as school forums and conferences around nuclear energy.

Our Group thus reaffirms its commitment to the promotion of diversity in industrial sectors, and especially in the nuclear sector and its various businesses. Commitment that is part of the agreement and action plans on professional equality, diversity and quality of life at work, shared with the staff representative bodies within our various entities last year.

* WIN works to promote the variety of applications of nuclear power as a source of low-carbon energy, but also in medicine, research... At the same time, the association is committed to promoting diversity in this sector and promotes sharing between women's networks through concrete actions such as mentoring.
