Vulcain Ingénierie organizes its professional equality week between men and women

Echoing International Women's Rights Day, Vulcain Ingénierie is dedicating the week of March 8, 2021 to professional equality between men and women!

5 days - 5 round tables, led by experts from the group and during which employees will share their experience, to discover or deepen a topic related to gender diversity:

Monday 8 March : All you need to know about the group's non-discrimination policy
Tuesday 9 March : Maternity & adoption leave, we support you!
Wednesday 10 March : Paternity & parental leave, we support you!
Thursday 11 March : Reconciling professional and personal life, we support you!
Friday 12 March : And for me, how can I commit myself to more diversity? Becoming a godmother ‍
