This year, our Belgian teams decided to join the Elles Bougent association to support its development and contribute to the promotion of engineering professions among young girls.
In this context, today we opened the doors of our Brussels headquarters to around 20 high school girls from the Lycée Français Jean Monnet in Brussels for a “Live my life as an engineer”!
The students who were welcomed were thus able to discover the jobs of Fire Fighting Engineer, Chemical Engineer and Physical Engineer, then practice writing their CV and preparing for a job interview with our recruitment experts.
A friendly time for sharing to encourage careers in science, allow young women to project themselves into the world of engineering, highlight our jobs and reaffirm our Group's conviction in terms of diversity and professional equality.
