The BIOSAV project consists of the redesign of the biological branch of the Seine Aval treatment plant, which is the largest treatment plant in Europe and the 2nd largest in the world with a wastewater treatment capacity of 8 million inhabitants.
An outstanding project, the redesign of the biological process involved extending the existing bio-filtration facilities (+7,000 m²) as well as the construction of a 462,000 m² membrane treatment system (300,000 m3/d filtration). This membrane filtration has the economic and environmental advantage of limiting the overall consumption of the plant’s chemical reagents.
OUR CONTRIBUTION
Multidisciplinary engineering studies :
- Development of the complete design in general installation, piping, EIA and Civil Engineering
- Developing of technical specifications, calculations and drawings
- Updating of the digital mock-up
Purchasing and logistics :
- Identifying suppliers for mechanical equipment (pumps, valves)
- Negotiating and concluding contracts
- Placing and monitoring orders in conjunction with the expediting, logistics and quality control teams

Refonte de la filière biologique de l’usine d’épuration Seine Aval, connue pour être la plus grande station d’épuration d’Europe et la 2nde au monde, affichant une capacité de traitement des eaux usées de 8 millions d’habitants.
Chantier d’exception, la refonte de la filière biologique a constitué en une extension des ouvrages de biofiltration existants (+ 7000m2) ainsi qu’en la construction d’une filière de traitement membranaire de 462 000m2 (filtration de 300 000m3/j).
Cette filtration par membranes présentant l’avantage économique et environnemental de limiter la consommation globale des réactifs chimiques de l’usine.
NOS INTERVENTIONS
Etudes multidisciplinaires en ingénierie :
- Réalisation du design complet en installation générale, tuyauterie, EIA et Génie Civil
- Réalisation des spécifications techniques, calculs et mises en plan
- Mise à jour de la maquette numérique
Achats et logistique :
- Identification des fournisseurs pour les équipements mécaniques (pompes, vannes)
- Négociation et contractualisation des marchés
- Passation et suivi des commandes en lien avec les équipes d’expediting, logistique et contrôle qualité
