True strategic assets for France, the Nuclear Attack Submarines fulfil many missions to ensure France’s national safety. In order to keep at the highest technological level, a new version of the SNA was developed: the BARRACUDA. Six submarines will replace the old fleet, starting with the Suffren, which will come into active service at the end of 2020.
OUR CONTRIBUTION
Site infrastructure :
In order to receive the Barracuda in Toulon, many modifications had to be made to the site’s infrastructures to adapt to the technical specificities of the submarine:
- Operational management of complex systems engineering
- Management of programme requirements and their progress, configuration management and monitoring of compliance feedback.
- Compliance with cost, deadline and performance commitments
- Optimisation of data management
- Participation in the digitisation of maintenance
Other projects
La rénovation du Terminal Sud d’Orly comprenant la zone de contrôle sûreté passagers, le contrôle d’émigration, l’espace commercial, l’espace salons compagnies, la salle d’embarquement au contact, la galerie de débarquement, la nouvelle zone d’enregistrement et le système de traitement des bagages (STB), va améliorer l’accueil des plus de 7 millions de passagers annuels de ce hall d’embarquement.
NOS INTERVENTIONS
Pilotage et gestion de projet :
- Gestion des interfaces multi-disciplines entre les lots GC – Electricité – Second Œuvre
- Encadrement des évolutions du projet en respectant les objectifs de coûts des travaux
- Rédaction du schéma directeur de la qualité (SDQ)
- Préparation de l’équipe projet aux échéances finales
- Interface avec l’exploitant
