MethyCentre

Energy - Gas

MéthyCentre is a demonstrator project dedicated to energy transition. Its objective is to test an innovative process to use electricity to produce ‘green’ hydrogen gas. This solution is based on Power-to-Gas technology. The gas produced in this way will make it possible to meet the needs of clean transport, but also to replace some of the fossil gas in the network.

MéthyCentre is a project carried out by Storengy and its partners in the Centre-Val de Loire, near the Céré-la-Ronde underground gas storage site.
